Have had car serviced at BMW. The service waiting area is exceptional providing a very clean restroom, comfortable seating with TV. Several varieties of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, refrigerated juices and water are available at no cost along with cookies and crackers. Vehicle services are great and include a free wash and vacuum. If your vehicle will be with them for any extended time they offer courtesy vehicles provided they have one available and as long as you get there early there generally is one available. Granted it can be a little costly but that is something that goes along with the BMW name and the level of service they provide.
