Pure Bliss Spa

OMG. I read the reviews and despite them, purchased a Groupon for a facial & massage and hoped for the best. I had an appt. on 12/31. Kristin called about an hour before my scheduled appt. to cancel. She said she woke up sick. OK. We rescheduled for today, 1/6. I called yesterday to confirm because I still had my doubts, but was so looking forward to a relaxing facial/massage on this very cold winter day. Kristin said "all was OK". Sure enough, I get a barrage of text messages from her this morning how her car "spun out of control" and she and others were hurt and... you guessed it... she had to cancel today's appointment. I don't know how she stays in business with tactics like this. Nobody has THAT much bad luck, do they? I contacted the CEO of Groupon and urged them to think about doing business with this merchant. Totally disappointed and aggravated.
