The landlord Yaron kept making inappropriate advances all the time and when I told him I wasn't interested he stopped sending repair people out to fix problems in our house and tried to force our floor to pay tickets that were the fault of the floor above us. I tried to press charges but he basically threatened to hire much better lawyers than I can afford so that he would win the case and ruin me financially. He's rich enough he doesn't have to follow the law and he knows it. Stay away at all costs.
