If there were any lower rating Mr. Rosenbaum has earned it. Rob seemed much more interested in lining his pockets than settling any grievance my former wife would bring to the table. His technique seems to be keeping the pot boiling to extend his billable hours. When I asked for an explanation his response was "I haven't billed you 10% of what I could have."
