Dickson Development Corporation developed an addition to my house in Princeton consisting of a foundation with basement-level finished room and second kitchen on the main level. The overall quality of the work was strong and has proven, five years later, to be durable and sound. Richard's guidance throughout the plan and build process was valuable. For example, he noticed a structural oversight in plans developed by an outside architect. Richard and his team are responsive and flexible. Importantly, Richard's pricing was fair and competitive and he honored his initial bid. Change orders were handled professionally and flexibly -- if slightly expensively. But overall I was and continue to be satisfied with DDC's work and I recommend the company to neighbors. I wouldn't hesitate to hire DDC a second time.
