HORRIBLE!!! UNRELIABLE! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I called to schedule my pool opening in February for the beginning of May. We made an appointment for May 3rd. In the weeks leading up to our scheduled appointment, My wife and I called over 20 times and left numerous voicemail's and NEVER got one call back!! Needless to say May 3rd came and they never showed up!!! Finally we got a hold of the owners cell phone number and called him. He answered and told us no one has been in the office to return our calls. are you kidding???? how do you run a business like that?? He then proceeded to tell me that he would be there tomorrow at 9am and open the pool. Guess what? Tomorrow came and HE STILL NEVER SHOWED UP!!!
