Just had the BEST customer service experience EVER. I bought / ordered a hard flip cover. Manufacture sent the wrong size. Of course ok4wd ordered another one - the manufacturer gave them push back. Guess what - the second one was the wrong size as well. So we measured again and ordered again. And again the third one was wrong too.
So - the manager and I selected a new one - one more expensive- but did not charge me the difference. They have been very helpful with this purchase and all the other ones as well.
