Because we never know the dates that my son is coming with his family, we needed last minute reservations and were fortunate enough to find this gem (site unseen). stayed there in August 2015 - everything about it was more than we expected, close to the boardwalk, the beach, restaurants and roomy and clean. Had a wonderful time! Hope we are able to stay there in 2016
