Rude slow and wanted to charge me 1 for ice. Also my bagel tasted super stale.

Wow! I love this place but so disappointed in their service. Lady did not know if a mocha had coffee in it and did not know how to make it, and then asked me. I couldn’t hear her over flight announcements and when I asked her to repeat , she rolled her eyes and sight several times and was very rude. Still love Dunkin, but yikes!
