Ocean CrossFit

I started at Ocean CrossFit this summer just prior to turning 40. Over the last three months not only do I see the difference I feel the difference. My energy level is at an all-time high, my mental state is thoroughly positive, and I feel fantastic. Thanks to all the coaches at Ocean CrossFit for your continued training and support and a special thanks to Ryan and Mike for creating a truly inspiring place!
