I have been going to Great Clips in Lodi since it opened. I get a haircut every 2 weeks and tip very well. I request the same cutter. Today, I called in to make sure that she was working. I drove there only to be told that she would not be in until 1 pm. I made an appointment for 1 pm. I came back at 1 pm and waited for my cutter to finish cutting someone else's hair. I watched other customers who came in after me get called up. When my cutter took someone else ahead of me, I was done with Great Clips. The person she took probably called in ahead, but I had an appointment and other cutters were standing around waiting for customers. I was taken for granted because they know I come back regularly. Well, they lost a good customer and good tipper.
