I just recently closed my account with this company after 2 years because I found a better company with better rates and then I received a letter from them asking me to pay 1200 for cancelation fee. I was very confused and called in and they told me that my contract was for 3 years. The agent who signed us did not tell us about this crazy cancelation fee... I told them I wanted to speak to the agent who sign us up but they told me she no longer works in the company. I was on the phone with them for 1 hour and they wouldn't help resolve this crazy fee. Anyways this company is very very bad when they sign you up they won't tell you about the fees and their rate isn't very good. STAY AWAY from them they are theifs!!
