Freehold Flowers

This business is rude and nasty. Flowers were ordered and never delivered after staying in a delivery van all day. I was informed that the driver couldn't find the location and he didn't speak English, neither did costumer service for that matter. When asked who they were from costumers service refused to say who they were from.l so I could inform them to request a refund. Then they called back to say.. "you ain't getting no flowers" and hung up. I'm appalled at the lack of professionalism.
