Nice to meet but in reality, and in hindsight, this lawyer REALLY didn't step up and openly explain to us that we had a case but that time was imperative. He could have landed a good case if he had just 'sold us on Jim's , but instead, they sent us a letter saying we had a case, but that he didn't want it. Tells me he has no cajonas, NO back bone. And now we have to spend more money at another consultation with another firm.
