Allstate Insurance Agent: John Hawk

I had been an Allstate customer for quite some time but left the fold a few years ago in a quest to save some money. When I met John Hawk at a casual gathering and shared that information with him he respected my point of view but asked if he could take a look at my current coverage sometime and share some thoughts. There was zero pressure. It was perhaps one of my smartest moves to say YES to that offer. John analyzed my coverage for three vehicles/three drivers and found that I could have better, smarter, more complete coverage by returning to Allstate, which I did. By the way, there was no increase in my costs. The entire team at the Hawk Agency is customer focused, pleasant, professional and ready to answer any question, hunt down any information in order to provide excellent customer service on top of great rates and solid coverage. Since moving my auto coverage to this agency, I have moved other insurance coverage as well, all the while saving money and improving my coverage. I know it is corny to say, but it is true, I am in good hands and am very grateful to be a customer. Thanks to the entire team!
