While I don't mind the idea of 'turning the tables' on the men, now and then, that isn't what this was. It seemed like an opportunity for guys to grope girls without consequence. Some might have welcomed it, which - hey, great - but I saw at least one bride-to-be on stage looking so trapped - I felt like she was getting assaulted on stage for everyone to see, and then expected to be happy about it. The dancer forcibly put his hand up her dress and she was visibly pushing him away while everyone cheered. It was disturbing. Then he grabbed her hand and shoved it down his spandex whatever and I thought she was going to cry. Maybe the dancers need training in non-verbal ques, but I suspect they wouldn't care. Also, they don't serve coffee. Apparently they are afraid the customers will throw it on each other - at least that's what the bartenders told me. And they don't like you asking for coffee and get comically offended when you do. (The pizza place out the door to the left up the ramp has coffee and it isn't half bad. I spent a good deal of time there.) If you go just maybe - take a look around now and then to make sure your friends are all alright. Remember -walking into a club doesn't give workers there carte blanche to touch you and do whatever they want without your consent. That's just dumb.
