I ordered a wall oven. Once we attempted to install the unit, it was clear it came missing pieces and damaged. In addition the gas adaptor was not included. I was not informed that it would not be included when I purchased the unit. When I called the store they were initially helpful, but then told me I should have inspected the oven and not accepted it if it was damaged. How am I supposed to know if there are missing pieces? Do I build ovens? It is nearly 3 weeks and I still ll do not have an oven to cook with. This is no way to work with clients.
