Verizon Authorized Retailer – Victra

Deceptive. Do not buy a cell phone from this outfit. They are not a Verizon store, just a reseller. They flat out lied about what our monthly bill will be, charged a Set Up and Go fee, when we activated and set up both the phone and tablet that were purchased ourselves, with no help from the store. We were not provided a receipt upon checkout, we were told it would be sent via email, the manager told me that should not have been done. He also was not very receptive to my issues and wouldn't do much to help me. When I asked how I can contact the corporate office or his boss, he wasn't able to provide me with any contact info. Buyer beware indeed.
