OMG!!!!! I can't even begin to explain how incredibly happy I am with the service I received from Justin. I came into the store on Halloween night (leaving my two children home with neighbors) so I can buy a new iPhone. Mine had went completely dead and would not turn back on. I unfortunately hit the wrong button on my laptop at home and factory restored. I lost 20 years of contacts, texts, pictures, etc. There seemed to be no hope. But he would not give up. Two hours later he restored my life....literally. I will shop at this location for the rest of my life. Thank you Justin for your superior customer service!!!!
