Verizon

I came in to pick up a Pixel 2 XL in "Just Black", but I had accidentally ordered it in "Black and White". Not knowing this, I brought my 2yo son, thinking I would be in and out. Because of the mishap, and because of the type of account I have, I had to call customer service and spend time cancelling and reordering the phone. While fixing the issue I caused myself, I've of the employees occupied my son's attention almost the entire time. If I didn't know better, I would've thought she enjoyed it. Either way, it made a situation that could have been stressful a light and easy trip to the store.
