Terrible delivery. Trucks deliver defrosted frozen items or don’t show up at all. Not worth the loss in business they’ll force on you.

Been picking up from there weekly for about 5 weeks now. used to do this weekly for several years, those guys made sure I was loaded and out quickly, as I had 8+ hour drive. These guys, ( all new people ), make little to no effort, act like I'm bothering them, complain about having to shuffle a pallets. Night shift manager cannot be reached ? I have his phone (s), he refuses to answer. Took 3 hours to load 3 pallets that were already pulled when I arrived. Other times it's taken 4,5 ,6 hours to get loaded
