I’m very picky on who touches my hair I’ve been searching for salons a friend of mine told me about this hair salon on ferry Street so I chose to give it a try I wanted to go from dark hair to a lighter shade Diana the one who was doing my hair gave me a test on a piece of my hair with bleach she used volume 40 which is the strongest one she told me that after she did it she would only have to cut my ends once she was finished I looked at my hair and it’s completely ruined my hair is dead I’m going to go back because I think the price that I paid for it isn’t a fair price they either need to fix it I need to give me my money back but I will be stopping by tomorrow to speak to the manager and show her my hair. I am so disappointed I shouldn’t have listened to my friend about this place Diana burned my hair.. as she was brushing it my hair was ripping off I lost so much hair .
