While the people who actually work in the building are quite efficient and friendly, the mail carriers are the absolute WORST! Many times I have received text updates saying there was a notice left on the door for my package or certified letters, yet NO ONE knocked on my door and I would be sitting right there! My mail would then be shipped all the way out to the Mount Laurel Postal location when I clearly do not live there. Twice my package was sent to an unknown address in Mount Laurel and I would receive a message saying package delivered. TO WHO?! It is quite inconvenient when I am forced to reschedule a delivery and wait an additional few days to receive my packages or letters. I wish they would crack down on their carriers and stress the importance of being effective and efficient in their job.
