AT&T Store

If I had an option to rate -5, I shall. This place has a female employee who is a LIAR !!! Or simply DUMB. She does not know AT&T plans or simply don't care to disclose authentic information. 10 days ago I had added new line to my existing plan. I had asked her 10 times if it would cost nothing more than $15 per month. She repeatedly said YES!! Now I am looking at bill and I have "Activation Fees" and the cost is not $15 but $25!!! I learned this by spending 45 min with customer service on phone. Absolute cheating and lie. She does not have any technical knowledge. AVOID THAT WOMAN. Talk with store manager else DO NOT GO THERE. Avoid that woman at all cost!!!! She is 100% liar. I could get my problem fixed in Charlotte, NC ATT store within 20 minutes. I had to go through extreme headache because of this woman. This woman is DUMB and LIAR!!!!
