PLEASE NOTE THAT THE REVIEWS ABOVE ME PRAISING WILLIE ARE FAKE! RIGHT AFTER I POSTED MY REVIEW THEY HAVE ADDED THEIRS BY THE REQUEST OF THE MANAGER I had the worst experience ever at this location!! Willie was very rude and unprofessional. It was like he was bothered that I was in the store and as if he did not want to help me. Sixto on the other hand was very nice and welcoming, he treated me the way I am used to being treated at a TMobile store he showed me what accessories would work good with my phone. This was my first and last time at this location and am about to cancel my service with t mobile just because of the way I was treated by an employee. It literally made me sick to my stomach how somebody can be so rude to a customer! I have called corporate and sent in emails! I will also be sharing my experience at this location on YELP as well! T mobile if you know what’s right for you company Willie is not it! And should be trained to treat ALL. Customers that walk through your doors fairly!!! I went to this location after leaving the route 17 location and they told me I would get the same customer service as their location because it is corporate owned and I did not get that same customer service!
