At&t corporate store in Cherry hill is much better. As an authorized retailer they cannot supersede account issues because their staffing is lacking in knowledge. Also they don't take cash for buying out your old device you have to use a card which makes no sense. A rep Mike told me I could get a prepaid card but a prepaid card has no ties to an actual account so whats the difference between me paying cash rather than wasting a $4.95 fee for a prepaid card? It's a shame they turned me away because of a silly $163 buyout for my iphone 6 and my phone was shattered I needed a new phone but I guess my 3+ years of service with At&t wasnt worthy of their help. They no longer get my business. Just go to a Corporate location. Authorized retailers are a joke.
