Its a nice decent apartment complex. Quiet clean and quick on maintenance. Lots of closet space and big patio/balcony. A bit on the pricier side for older tenants who dont have upgraded appliances nor washer and dryer in unit. As it increases every year soon you pay the same as renovated apt without the upgrades. Also no gym no organized parking ppl park on your assigned space and office doesnt handle it.
