Called from another store to hold a product for me. Asked what day I would pick it up. It was going to be two days later. Got to the store, did they hold it? No. Did they call me, no! Did they tell me they only have a 24 hour hold policy, no. They said they would hold it. Don't trust them. Totally angry! Used to be a store I liked. I will be boycotting all Stein Marts for a very long time. Lost my business.
