I have frequented the Cinnaminson store in the past. I made a recent visit to the store to purchase new paint color for a remodel and a gallon of paint for touch-ups. I was surprised when the store rep told me that the paint I needed for my touch-ups (a color match product that I ordered two years ago) was no longer available. I showed the rep a picture of the label that included all of the information from the old product, so he could plug it into the system and perform another color match. He didn’t seem interested in helping me, and stated again that when a product is no longer available, there aren’t any other options. After advising that I needed the paint because the entire lower level of my home was painted with the old color, the rep stated that I could bring in the old can and he would see what he could do. I expected better customer service since I have spent a hundreds of dollars on Sherman Williams products.
