Bernie, the salesman at this location, was very catering, laid back, and non-aggressive. The vehicle on the lot was in the same condition and price as the web-listing. The dealership is small, and its a low stress/pressure environment.
They were intuitive enough to replace my front tires (even after I made payment on the vehicle) post discovering they did not make the cut during inspection. The vehicle was detailed nicely prior to pick up. They even gave me $20 to fuel up vehicle.
The financing department even renegotiated my interest rate to something much less (once again post receiving payment). Granted my credit score is poor.
