My family and I joined this PF for a few months now. I’ve been enjoying it very much UNTIL TODAY. I was at the 30 Mintues Circuit doing my routine work out when someone mopping and cleaning the floors by the name of DAN, claimed to be the manager approached me. He got very close to me, he was in my personal space. If he wanted to bring something to my attention he should have done so in an appropriate distance. He basically said he was watching me and noticed I was going from machine to machine without using the steps.He told me not continue to use that area for the machines only. I needed to go the other machines which are the same machines on the main floor. I’m still puzzled at the manager’s approach and demeanor. He’s looks like he is guarding the place and not friendly like the rest of the staff. I feel very uncomfortable going back. What happened to their motto “JUDGMENT FREE ZONE” when I’m being watched by “management “. I find it extremely strange and it makes me feel very uncomfortable how he said he was watching me.This was once a gym I was comfortable in and I am not now. I noticed that other members have posted comments and the reply has been to speak to management. But who am I supposed to speak to if this MANAGEMENT is being unprofessional.
