Just updating this (4/25/2018) : Again returned for a wheel alignment. I appreciate the honesty of, "we can't get to it today" so leaving my car there the following morning to pick up later in the day was a great option to have. I had no false expectations because of their straightforwardness. Just had a wheel alignment done on my 2007 Toyota and the entire transaction was with this guy! He was polite and soft spoken - no patronizing in sight. Very professional and upfront about the shops capacity to get the work done in a timely manner. Would gladly return - good leadership
