Mountain View Crossing

My brother has lived here over 10 years. He loves the apartment and the pool. He needs a new tub but is afraid of Pamela. She is not easy to deal with. When he first moved in the pool was part of the rent, now the renters have to pay an additional fee in order to use the pool. In general, it is a nice place to live. I have been in customer service 30+ years and know what excellent customer service is. It lacks greatly at Mountain View Crossing. Perhaps Pamela should do another type of job as she is not good in customer service.
