I can not even begin to express my dissatisfaction with Morristown Mini's service team. They regularly miss obvious problems, do not top off fluids before returning the car, and do not fix problems sufficiently. I just brought my car into another mini service facility after getting it back from Morristown Mini no less than two weeks ago, and they picked up on at least 5 issues that Morristown missed. Furthermore, they discovered Morristown actually neglected to perform the necessary (and paid for) steps of a scheduled service such as replacing filters and topping off power steering fluid. I now need to replace my power steering pump and replace filters that should have already been replaced. Stay away at all costs. Go somewhere else and save your time and money!
