Came here for my wedding . It was a long process but I knew that going in because the girl that booked my appointment (I believe she was the manager )told me that because I was booking and getting all the guys measured all at once it was going to take about 2 hours . So we all already knew . She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful she guided me the whole time. She made it stress free she also made me aware that at pick up 2 days before the wedding the guys would need minor alterations so they each had to pick it up themselves . Being that she told me that in advance I didn't freak out when one of the guys called me with the issue .its was apart of the whole rental process . Over all great experience and team the tuxedo department works well with each other
