We ordered a sofa over the phone. We looked at a sofa at a local store in GA and needed to order it in NJ. Amy, the salesperson, was so helpful and when there was an initial issue with one fabric she worked quickly to resolve it. Her email to us with our order included pictures of the selected fabrics so we had no worries about ordering the sofa over the phone. We are not concerned about the delivery day since Lazy Boy will hold the finished sofa for 3 months. With the ultra shield total plus protection we are confident the sofa will look good for many years.

I just loved dealing with the La-Z-Boy sales ladies, they were awesome and they let me take my time to customize my own chair. You can bet that they will be seeing me again in the near future. Amy was great and she almost made me feel that I owned the store! A very successful day for all.

Linda did an awesome job keeping in contact with me but not being pushy. the store is clean and offered lots of options and the folks that work there are polite. my order was written up quickly and thoroughly.
