If I could give a - 5 I would (yes you read that correctly...a negative 5) This place is so poorly managed and very poor costumer service. Machines are broken/missing pins. I’ve been complaining about missing pins on about 9 machines for the past year. They keep giving me a bs excuse that the machines are old and it is hard to find the right sized pins. Now, I understand machines break down and need to be serviced every now and then. But seriously...you can’t find the right size pin for these machines in a whole year. What do you think I’m some sort of an idiot?? Let me help you out...do a simple google search and you will find any size pin you need. I pay for a gym membership and expect to get use of the entire gym. I asked for a discount on my monthly membership since I am not getting the full product I am paying for, but again they give me a bs excuse that they can’t give any discounts. It is the gym’s responsibilty to upkeep and maintain the gym and machines, not mine. I pay, you should provide. And the sad thing is, that my review won’t make one bit of difference. Nothing will change.
