very pleasant people,but not honest and not professional at follow up and customer satisfaction,had a transplant done with them a couple years ago,when i was about to give a deposit he said i will make you look ten years younger,when i was under the knife bleeding,the wife said i would need another surgery,i was lured into this by them and their goal was to have me coming again and again so i could spend more and more,very painful waste of time and money,beware and to top it off i am still bald,nothing has changed with my hair,still waiting for it to grow after a couple years
