Several times in past we got less than expected results after exam and the new eyewhere. Several eyeglasses we got either had to be returned or were told "try super glue". Now with their new murging with 2 Drs the voice prompts are rediculas and cant even get to speak to a live person to ask a simple question like their Optical Dept Hours
