Buy a Christmas gift certificate elsewhere. What happened to customer service?!
Two visits here so far have not been relaxing.
First visit they misquoted me prices of about $70. Their sale prices are already tabulated however tax is not included so this will increase your cost.
Second visit went back..I initially purchased 4 massages as gifts, as it turns out I only needed 3. They would NOT grant a refund on the one at the desk and gave me a telephone number to call. I called that and their corporate office did get a pleasant response but they passed the buck back to the local franchise, typical! They have inconspicuous writing on the back of the gift card that’s too small to read effectively as far as refunds are concerned. A purchase is a purchase!
Do the right thing hand and stone. Why lose all the business we would have given you for one return on a “policy” your company created at a conference table?
I can’t recommend them and won’t likely be back.
I will refer my gifts to other companies and locations in the future.
