RUINED MY TIRE AND RIM!! Had a membership for a few years. Cancelling today. A chunk of my tire was taken out when my car got between the rails. Car made a strange jerk and sound. Of course car wash is taking the stance that there is no way this could have happened. Had to replace a tire with under 15,000 miles on it since it was not safe to travel on any significant distance. Cost $180 and won't be reimbursed. NOT REPUTABLE! SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!
