I called for an appointment on a Monday in September 2010 and was given an appointment for that Wednesday. Upon arrival the parking lot was completely full. I had to park about a quarter mile away from the building. There is a hand written note next to the entrance of the building warning that if you park in the building next door your car will be towed away. I arrived approximately 10 minutes late for my appointment due to the lack of parking. The secretary/nurse/receptionist said that she thought my file had been pulled and that I was"very" late (she claimed 20 minutes and refused to look at my cell phone for an objective time), would have to reschedule, and the doctor was due in surgery shortly. She made no eye contact, didn't listen for a reply, and offered no apology. Wow! Form your own opinion!
