Family Vision Care

The first time I ever visited this office, the staff wasn't very friendly. I stood at the desk for several minutes before I was helped and then told to have a seat. The doctor was much more friendly. I ended up needing glasses for the first time. The woman who helped me pick them was friendly and somewhat helpful. However, I got the glasses, and they absolutely were the wrong lenses - could not see at all. So I called the office to see what I could do and the woman proceeded to tell me "Well, sorry, you're insurance only allows you once a year so you can come back next March and get new ones." Wow. YOU gave me the wrong glasses, would not fix them for me, AND on top of that was very rude. Not great service if you ask me. Will not be visiting their office again.
