Essex Replacement Doors-Windows

Received estimate to replace bay window from three shops, same window manufacturer. Essex came in significantly at a lower cost. Decided to use them. Biggest delay was having window made by manufacturer. Two days to remove and replace window. Installer, Frank, truly cares about his work, and is meticulous. Owner, Dennis, is very professional and pleasant to work with. Very satisfied with Essex, and will definitely consider using them again for any future projects.

Excellent experience. I had scheduled them thinking that I would require replacement of my windows due to an unidentified leak. Dennis Sr. helped me to find the leak and also offered to resolve the issue. The best part he did not charge me a dime to find the problem.
