Absolutely horrible! They installed my carpet less than 3 years ago in the bedrooms and the carpet is so loose and bubbles up that I can literally grab it and pull up a chunk of it with my hands. Also has nails sticking out where the carpet meets the wood floor. It’s been like this a good year and a half and they will not fix it unless i pay them too. Also, the guys who installed it scraped up the nails in the aesbestos tiles that were underneath and i tried to communicate to see if that’s dangerous and they didn’t speak any English at all.
