Horrible experience. I arrived with my dog in an emergency situation. I walked in the door. Signed in. The receptionist waited for me to fill out all my information. She then asked me if I had an appointment. I said yes. She then told me I had to leave and go elsewhere because there was no one available to treat my dog! Total waste of time! Thank God this was not a life or death situation!
