I wish I can rate them a 0. I never rate or give any feedback but this store's customer service is SO HORRIBLE! EMPLOYEES ARE NOT HELPFUL AND ARE FULL OFF ATTITUDE. All they do is talk back and not answer your question.
First they told me to give an order on the phone, of the day of I needed the product. I decided to get it out the way and order early but online I was having a difficult time. Then, I called them and after I told them that I wanted to place an order they said to call the next day. So I waited for the next day and when I called, i was put on hold for 25+ mins. I called and said do you remember you had me hold? And she said "oh oh sorry."
Anyway i was still trying to be patience. She said that i should try doing it online, i did and it wouldn't go through. So i called again n and a guy picked up. I gave my order and i was explaining to what was happening online. That it wouldn't let me get the product i want. And after listening to my story he says "anyway so do you want me to cash you out?"
Thats when i got so pissed and said ok im loosing my patience and he goes.... "you and I both." i was like screw this and hung up. Will never get anything from this store. Will never even recommended anyone to go here thats how bad their customer service is. If you aren't happy with dipping fruits in chocolate or whatever.. Quit your job. Okay thanks!
