I missed my first appoint for my sons first adjustments, which happened because I totally forgot about it, my human error. I called to schedule and explain and they say they don't offer after school hours and the next adjustment is 3 months away, until February. The receptionist Veronica was very rude to me and said that that was my conscience for missing it my appointment. It is very upsetting that she could not accommodate my son any time before February for an after school appointment. Unfortunately I have to tolerate this because I started the treatment here.
Veronica did not even offer to take down my name and number in case someone cancels which I feel was the correct thing to do in this circumstances. Horrible costumer care!
