I came in earlier today. I was very upset because I wanted $1 coffee as promised when the NY Jets/Giants win, and the app was not working for me. The woman's name (Cara or something like that) was very helpful and understanding, despite that I was not in the best mood. I apologize for my frustration, I recognize that it was not your fault, and I will be sure to call corporate and give good feedback for this location, as even though I couldn't order it on my app, they gave me a free coffee. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future (in a better mood). Thank you for working with me and for your help.
