If you don't like rude office staff and don't want to have to argue just to be seen by the doctor, then don't go here!! The woman in charge of handling patient health insurance in the Haddon Heights Office is the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever encountered on the staff of a physician's office. She gives out incorrect information and has told me on several occasions that their office does not accept my insurance when my insurance company has told me they definitely do. She would not even bother to confirm it - She just makes an assumption without verifying and prevents potential patients from seeing the doctor. Not worth the hassle.
